Suma Sands Villa by Exuma Exclusives - a 3,400 sq.ft. Villa, located directly on Exuma's most famous beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 40 minutes from the GGT Airport).

The Villa boasts an expansive oceanside patio with a heated infinity pool, lounge area, and dining area, giving you magical views of the turquoise waters of Exuma as well as Turtle Island. Turtle island offers gentle protection from the crashing waves of the ocean, providing Tropic of Cancer with calm and relaxing waters. With relatively calm waters, the area is great for swimming and exploring on kayaks. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for 2 km's making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs.

The closest grocery store to Suma Sands Villa is Exuma Markets in Georgetown, which is approximately a 25 minute drive from the home (halfway between the Airport and Suma Sands Villa). There are other various convenience stores along the way for light goods and snacks.
Browns Marine would be the closest Marina to the property, approximately 20 minutes away.
It is not advised to park to anchor or park a boat at the property for extended periods of time.
