@AskCiti I have been trying to reach Citi US customer service since more than 4 months now to check the status of the promotional bonus that I was expecting for opening a new checking account. I maintained the balance & met all the requirements but still my bonus was not posted.

@AskCiti 3 weeks back I was informed that bonus will be posted within 90 days and there is no issue with the promo code that was applied but on Jan 4th when I raised an issue, they told me that account is no longer eligible.

I truly hate @Citibank , I regret going back to them. I’ve have never had so many technical issues with anyone like I do with them. Can’t make a transfer online through mobile browser & haven’t been able to use mobile app in months. I need a new bank.

@Citibank Bunch of garbage, every time I try to Zelle Citibank puts blocks and these are small amounts, then if there is one error it blocks. CS is the worst, moving to Chase after 40 years, horrible does not say enough about their service
