The employees are very nice and good. The delay due to the aircraft is not a good thing. Planning for such problems should be an easy task.
Flight delayed in NYC and missed Hong Kong connecting flight to Guangzhou. While being given a hotel room and a 30 dollar voucher to eat in the airport, the delay caused a few big inconveniences , a 12 hour delay should have been better compensated for.
Wanted different plane design with an additional bathroom at the back of the plane.
My biggest complaint is the comfort and no good movies to choose from. My headphones didn't work either. 😔
Bad experience. Departure time delayed from 1610 to 1740. After the flight was pushed back, pilot said there was a technical issue on the aircraft and we couldn’t take off. Delayed another hour to solve it.
The flight was cancelled. I wasn't informed where to check in, how and when. It wasn't easy to get in contact with Cathay service representative, and they were not very helpful... The staff on the airport - Air Canada (I assume) were the most helpful, kind efficient, patient... Thank you for all your help and care, for your patience, for your professionalism!!!
Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.
The first economy rows have remote space in the seat which eats in the seating space. The seats are also smaller compared to other airlines.

Our check-in was mediocre. We were told that we didnt have access to the lounge although we were in business and we were asked to remove 1kg from each of our checked luggages as they had 21 kgs and we found out that our tickets were for 20kgs checked bags. I would have expected: 1 - more clarity on the website so that I could see the difference on fares and be able to buy tickets with more checked luggage kgs allowance, and lounge access, and 2- more flexibility for business class passengers.
On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.
We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.

All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.
The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

Delayed and then further delayed with no announcement made so that all the passengers (who were standing in the jetty) could hear. We stood there for well over 20 minutes. We were further delayed through weather but no one explained that to us until the pilot made an announcement when finally on board
Ryanair is always sh*te. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sad*stic.

The experience was terrible. 1) We boarded late, 2a) BA lost my bag, 2b) The bag was delivered an entire day later than they said, and 2c) When it was delivered they brought the wrong / someone else's bag, and then the drivers had to come back with the right one. My medicine was in that bag so I needed it ASAP and there was no number to call that would let me speak to an actual person (vs. a automated voice that hangs up on you). This is in addition to my departing flight where an 11 hour travel day turned into a 20 hour travel day, given that: 1) the flight departed late AND it took an hour to deplane when we landed, causing us to miss our connection to Florence. This meant we had to take two connectors to arrive the same day (through Madrid and then Florence). 2) For the 2nd connector, the printer broke so we had to exit Madrid airport to print our boarding passes, and that delay almost caused us to miss our connector for a 2nd time in the same day, for reasons that BA should have easily been able to address.
Staff were uniformly excellent. Padding for premium economy seats was a bit thin. Drinks service was very very good. Food was meh.
The boarding took about an hour the Flight was delayed about 40 minutes the seat, which I'd paid extra for was extremely cramped I will probably not fly with this airline again

The check-in experience was truly awful. Despite checking in online and providing our passport details in advance, we had to wait for over an hour for staff to verify our passport and visa requirements. The time saved by checking in online and having no luggage to check in was completely lost.
